Joel Rieke
Music Director We encourage creativity here at FCC and welcome new singers, musicians and guest performers. We have been blessed by many beautifully talented guest performers and friends and joyfully anticipate that our family will continue to grow. We are open to any and all music that explores truth and love.
If you are interested, we hope that you will come, participate and gain some great friends in the process. We hope that all of you - whether in the choir loft or in the pews - will leave having experienced something true and uplifting. ALL are welcome regardless of age, race, creed, gender, orientation, beliefs, hair color, eye color, ability, disability, blood type, cooking ability, fears or any other odd reason! |

"I believe that the primary reason that most of us are here is to explore truth and celebrate the fact that we are all GOD's children and therefore loving, creative passionate beings. We come here consistently to encourage and receive encouragement, to heal, to connect to GOD and see/feel GOD in each other, and to experience the realness of community. (Also, some come to meet girls - or boys - and because it's a great excuse to play music)
I hope that you will experience as I have the uniting power of music. Despite our wide variety of beliefs and viewpoints, it is impossible to not recognize the visceral connection we all feel when connected through song. We use music to uplift, celebrate, connect and unite; we just as intentionally use silence to create space. We are thoughtful about what we do and believe that passion translates into growth and a real, thoughtful, tangible experience."
